Meet our kitty cadets Merlin, Chinnock and Puma. They were rescued at just one week old from an RAF base. Luckily, we didn’t have to handrear them for long as we were able to catch their mum and reunite them all. This extremely cheeky and playful trio are now 12 weeks old and are ready to find their forever home. We would absolutely love for them to be adopted together as a three. Merlin is the boy, and Chinnock and Puma are both girls. They all have quite extraordinary markings. This little gang became quite poorly when they were little and after tests at the vets, they were diagnosed with Calicivirus (FCV) They stayed in veterinary care for a couple of weeks receiving treatment and we are very pleased to say they became much better and symptom free. They have now had their first vaccination to boost their immune system. Due to this, we urge any potential new owner to read up on calicivirus prior to applying about adoption; this may not be covered by insurance policies as it is a pre-existing condition. It is within our adoption agreement that all kittens must be neutered & microchipped at the age of 5 months old, and they MUST be kept indoors until then. We are not opposed to kittens staying as indoor cats after their neutering procedures if this is preferred by new owners. It is likely that Merlin will be ready for neutering prior to the girls due to him being the biggest. It’s important for kittens to have someone in the house with them for the majority of each day for lots of playtime, care and extra feeding as they are still very young. They eat Lily’s Kitchen kitten pate and Purina kitten biscuits and are currently fed 4 times a day.
